Yahoo! Market Tracker is a premium, real time data service. Market Tracker is a Java applet. Real time data also shows up everywhere in Yahoo! finance web pages, when subscribing to Market Tracker.

This is the most affordable real time quotes service I have found to date, but am researching others.
