THE CART:
- Last registered in the State of Michigan 2010
- 2 burner steam table, fits one full size pan. Can use 2 half pans, or combination of smaller pans.
- Stand alone 2 burner table top stainless grill, could be mounted to cart if desired
- 3 sinks plus hand washing sink. Gravity feed water system, 6 gallon fresh water, will need gray water tank (15% bigger than fresh water tank). I just replaced the faucet for hand sink, and piping for all sink drains.
- Large cooler in front of steam table. Drain with shutoff installed.
- Ample storage for buns, misc.
- 2 umbrellas (not pictured)

I attempted to build my own cart using plans obtained from the internet. The cart kept growing out of control, along with cost, so I bought the one above to force myself to start selling instead of spending. Another opportunity has presented itself so I am selling equipment.
Prices shown in list are what I paid for each item.
- RV fridge – 53″ tall, 23″ wide, 24″ deep. Works on propane, have not checked if works on electricity. – used $300 – was utilized in June 2011 after multi-day power failure. I have install manual and service manual available in pdf format.
- Three compartment sink – 48″ wide, 24″ deep, 36″ tall. Very light sheet metal construction. – used $175.00- Wood frame base shown in photos, have original metal legs
- 2 burner stove from Harbor Freight – New $39.99
- 2 burner propane gas grill – New $99.00 Walmart – (bought four years ago, never used)
- 8 full size aluminum water pans with dividers to fit a variety of steam pans (dividers not priced, not pictured), some disposable steam pans. I was going to use some of these pans to build a sink cabinet, then found the pre-fabbed sink. New $37.75 each x 8 = $302.00
- Tankless propane water heater, 37,500 btu New $109.61
- 12volt rv water pump – used – came with fridge above
- E-Z Built Hot Dog Cart plans & Carts of Cash New $146.00 (Printed schematics not included when I purchased set)
- Wood frame to hold 4 spillage pans with fireboxes & aluminum firebox framing trim (framing trim not pictured). Can be cut down to hold 2 spillage pans, or buy another stove from harbor freight.
I spent $3171.60 for everything, (sales tax & shipping costs for items ordered online not figured in).
